Ammie's Goodies is a locally owned Portland, Oregon based business featuring gluten free and allergen free baked goods including: dairy, egg, soy, sugar and grain free options. We use local and organic products as much as possible including local/organic fruit, nuts, flours, eggs, butter and fair trade chocolate, cane sugar and agave nectar. Sourcing from local farms is at the top or our priority in making the best quality baked goods while supporting our local region and economy.
As a small business we make all our goods fresh from scratch using our own developed recipes. We make seasonal items according to what is growing on local farms. Here are a few items:
- Pies and Tarts - using seasonal ingredients we make pumpkin, pecan, apple, pear/almond tarts, summer fruit pies etc....
- Rosemary Hazelnut Shortbread - local hazelnuts and rosemary make an amazing savory/sweet treat!
- Hazelnut Thumbprints -local hazelnuts and fruit with organic butter - gf, sugar free
- Moist Almond Cake - with almond flour - grain free, dairy free
- Jalapeno Corn Muffins and savory breads - available vegan or non
- Chocolate Coconut Cake - almond flour and coconut yum!
- Sweet Biscuits with fresh fruit jam - gf, v
